The General Services Administration (GSA) initiated a comprehensive overhaul of its aging HVAC and building controls infrastructure to modernize facility performance and improve long-term operational efficiency.
The project encompassed a large-scale implementation, including a complete central plant upgrade, replacement and integration of 16 Air Handling Units, modernization of more than 300 VAV systems, and integration of solar and irrigation systems into the overall controls platform.
